Separate common rooms for girls and boys
Some of the rooms have been modified or renovated to enhance their utility
A new computer lab has been added to the four already existing. Branded computers and peripherals have been added. Every senior teacher has been provided with separate cabins and individual computer and furniture
A total of 150 computers along with necessary hardware and software are functional in the college with 24 our internet connection
College separately has well equipped practical labs for physics, chemistry, Geography also
The intercom capacity has been augmented by installing a new 48 lines exchange and intercom has provided to many others rooms
CCTV cameras and public address System have been installed at the college main entrance. The principal himself keeps a personal watch in order to ensure full discipline
New R O System have been installed for providing sage drinking water.
College houses a rich library having separate sections of ‘issue’ and ‘reference’ categories of books running into 23700 numbers
Around 1600 new books, titles and editions have been added to this treasure during this year itself
The library has a separate reading room of 150 seating capacity apart from the air conditioned reading room for the staff library subscribes to 75 magazines and 25 news papers
Issues and returns per day runs into nearly 150 books and 100 magazines
Library runs on computerized library management System software to keep the whole operation compact and tidy and it uses Open Access Technique for ease of readers
Volley ball court, table tennis and Bad Minton equipment etc. have been provided in the lawns where students(and staff also) play.
